Shiori has a decent free one by IdolA here. Back in F95, Mystfigu made one as well tweaking the IdolA card, Hatoko's card, and HanaYuuki's card (I don't have this one) and you can get that one here.
Raora available for stupid high prices from that one MMD modeler, won't bother linking and I don't have. Ldki probably also made one and that can be found in another thread in this forum.
Polka in the same situation as Raora, though she does have a Hatoko card: here
Matsuri actually has a few free cards that can be found with a quick Pixiv search
