when you switch them it changes back, just open her mouth with kinematics (as its not linked to the timeline) or disable the teeth again

It caught my attention that it was a VTuber. I thought it was from a game; that's beside the point. What I did find was this model, even though its creator only provided this image (it was made on Koikatsu, that's abundantly clear, but nothing more).

Perhaps you could use it as a reference if you want to create it yourself.
