2_If it happens in another scene, check whether it is the original scene. Edited scenes or older scenes can cause this issue. You will need to manually edit the (mouth, eyes), (teeth), and (tongue) in the timeline.
3_Same as point 2. If the character has a head created or modified in Blender., the structure is different, so the timeline cannot transfer facial expressions.

I'm fairly certain it's just an edited scene from Roku, with different camera angle and background that is.
Update: Found it. It was a Lazy Melon edited scene with different camera angle and background (apart from different characters), instead of a Roku one as I thought. Still, the one who edit it did a good enough job with adapting it.
