Yeah, the mega link is from Dori while the screenshot is referring to that Cue/Gue person. But getting Gue's stuff nowadays is a struggle since they shut off their patreon (I think someone mentioned that someone had posted a direct link to their archive here or something to that effect?) So it's fanbox only now.

It's possible, although I wouldn't trust anyone there in this matter. 99,9% of people port, appropriate, and lie about creating it. I can't count the times I've found assets in Deviantart.

here's an interesting fact: partly the fact that you see this mod done it is my fault, because I literally reminded him of it, and he wrote that he would take care of it, I didn't want to buy it when I saw the paywall, after he had ignored this project for so looooooooong (and maybe it's also a matter of the fact that rail2 created it before), damn, if only he had taken care of Rory Mercury, which he also forgot about.

There's a reason why he did not release some of the mods for free. Elegg will also stay perma paywalled. Might drop it as well after some time, unless somoeone will be faster, but seeing as SM mod was not leaked till now, I doubt it kek. Anyway, doesn't matter now, it's here, just go and have fun.
