Ehhhh... Kind of? Not something I'd recommend doing though, as you would end up with a Frankenstein scene working improperly in multiple ways and the effort needed to fix it would be better spent using it for remaking the entire scene with all the parts from scratch.Kemono

The thing everyone's too nice to even say is that the only creators who "akchually" make cards are like Makisu, Lor, Higashi, yubao, ToadleBG or Rinu
The rest just wait for one of the people mentionned above to make a zipmod and then just copy-pastes their specific body presets on there and tweaks the face a bit.

In my case, I did something that many have probably done: install the latest HF patch on the latest BR (Full Game) available to date. Of course, there are a few details I want to clarify, due to the time difference between the two releases. I thought it was a good idea; the BR has been on the same version for quite some time, while the HF patch just released its latest update last month. I also want to add that to do this, you must be very careful with the Sideloader Modpack section. The HF doesn't include all the packages, but I do recommend moving the Sideloader Modpack mods you're going to install to another location. (I say this to avoid duplicates in these folders, as there are often conflicts when trying to load the same zipmod with different versions; sometimes I think it even loads randomly. That's why, to avoid this, you have to read carefully when you get to the window for the additions you want to install).
I'm not currently having any problems, although I have noticed that several of my zipmods are corrupted. These are my own downloaded mods, not the ones included with the Sideloader Modpack or the HF Patch itself.
You can see this in the output_log.txt file and on the Koikatsu Discord bot.

Kaoskatsu's cards are always free if you search for them on his Pixiv page; he even provides the necessary zipmods and tells you if there are any details that might vary depending on the version of KK you're using.

This can be caused by a couple things. If loaded into an existing animation, it can be caused by keyframes for LookAtTarget, or keyframes for the position/scale of the character's "cf_J_hitomi_tx" bones. These bones are for more granular tweaking of the character's pupils. LookAtTarget is often animated alongside the iris bones themselves to create more interesting expressions.
The problem with this is those keyframes will be made specifically for that particular character, with that particular face, with that particular headmod, with those particular face bonemods. So when you load in a character with a different face all together, a keyframe which would normally have the iris visible on the original character will suddenly have them too far up or too far down.
You can generally "fix" this by manually adjusting the position/scale of the cf_J_hitomi_tx bone for the character in KKPE advanced mode. Simply resetting position/scale and unchecking the bone interopables in Timeline (if there are any) can correct it 90% of the time, but doing this will mean any advanced iris control will no longer be present in the animation.
To "correctly" fix it, you'd have to tweak the keyframes for "LookAtTarget" (if there are any) and re-update the positions of all of them so they now fit with the new character. An easy way to do this is to select the LookAtTarget interopable, then click the "ShalltyUtils" button in the bottom left corner. This will open an advanced menu. In this menu is an option called "Split Interopable Axis". Once it has been split, you can then select "Bake X/Y/Z Interopables".
This will generate a folder in the workspace overview containing parented folders. If you open all of them to reveal the final folder in the layout for that baked animation, you can manually tweak the Y position of the entire animation sequence. You can also move it in the X and Z axis, but gotta be careful with this as it may break the animation entirely. I have found Y adjustments rarely cause problems.
This is a much easier approach to tweaking every little individual keyframe, but it can still be kinda borked if certain keyframes go too far out of range for the character's eyes. So some manual tweaks may still be required. But this is a quick and easy way that still retains all of the original animation data.
The OTHER possibility here is something just straight up broke with the character's materials. You can check this by opening the Material Editor on the character, and checkboxing "cf_Ohitomi_L02" and "_R02" in the renderer list. It is possible the irises are hidden ("Enabled" will be unchecked"), or something broke with their material, like a different shader was loaded instead of an eye shader, or the render queue is wrong.
