Check if you downloaded recently madevil plugins or that plugin for hair. Either way you can "fix it" by duplicating the character and then reload the swap character on the copy version.

Here's Madevil's plugins, version 2.2. Please note that you may wish to disable/delete most of these except for KKHemorrhoidsBuster.dll, KK_JetPack.dll and KK_MovUrAcc.dll. AAAPK isn't compatible if you have A12/AAAAAAAAAAAA from Starstorm, for example.
