I think that after closing or making his Gumroad account private, he stopped distributing his cards (and also lost some of his interest in the community), and he still hasn't decided whether to resume trading or remain closed. However, it seems he hasn't uploaded anything since June, so I wouldn't advise you to wait around for his return and a response regarding distribution.

His cards that were on Gumroad are available on Kemono.
