It seems the character I chose had a Kupaa body.
When I changed this to the model that was originally used, which uses the name BP, the toe movement was successfully reproduced.

I had no idea that a body model named BP was used for this type of animation.
I'm sorry I'm such a beginner that I didn't even notice something like this.

I finally figured out the cause.

BRO THX , you need to tell me how you search on there because I legit been trying for 30 minutes

I don't have it down to a science either for searching on there. Luckily he had the name of the girl in the card file name so i just searched it that way. A lot of people don't name like that or they name in a different language like Japanese so is not the most useful. Another thing i use when searching is the page number that it is posted on or the number at the very top right of the post. Doesn't always bear fruit but works most often. Usually is all the ways I try. Hope it helps.
