Nope.
The Patreon importer is broken since Patreon updated their API. Apparently it is an easy fix, but both kemono devs and admins are MIA, which is bad because the importer is slowly breaking more and more and is barely scraping stuff anymore.

Usually, does OoOoO only post the outfits for character cards? I downloaded Hiyuki from WW because it was free and I thought it was a complete character card. But when I tried the character card in Studio mode, I found that the character’s face and head details were incomplete, and it didn’t look like the WW character at all. So I wanted to ask whether that’s normal for him.

Yes, it is normal. LoR/OoOoO mods have two versions: the public one, which has clothes and accesories; and the paywalled one, which also has a headmod. Every single one of his cards uses that headmod for the face, so if you do not have the paywalled mod, the result would be what you've got.Usually, does OoOoO only post the outfits for character cards? And before you ask: No, the paywalled mod can't be shared as it is marked. Worse of it all, even if you decide to sub to him you won't get the mod due to completely retarded rules he set for new subscribers.
