I found the fix for the AnnaAnon error
The eye (hitomi) gets launched far away for some reason before coming back and flying away again
Just make sure timeline is set to 00:00:00 then
Disable the "GO Position" for "(p_koi_stu_sphere01_02)" under "Myra Face" in timeline
Now if anyone can help me fix the splash issue that has plagued me for a few scenes
EDIT: I figured that out too

Oh dang dude you're right. I didn't notice it till I checked since it was super old. I don't have it either. Some guy awhile back leaked a suou folder based on the month and it wasn't there. Any chance someone has this old card?

I would assume it works in a similar way.
Select the affected character, head over to "Psuedo Maker" in the workspace, then to either "Clothing" or "Accessories" depending on what type of stockings they are.
After you've found them, scroll down to "Material Editor".
From there you'll most likely have to mess around with some of the sliders to see what actually influences the smudges and stuff.
