Most likely, the account was banned. The same thing happened to Phantom before — it got restored after about half a month. LEE still has some commissioned works pending on Pixiv, and since he was actively posting just a few days ago, it’s unlikely that he deleted his account himself. His works are also completely clean and don’t contain any sensitive content, so it shouldn’t have been affected by Korean laws either.thanks for this! cross-referencing what's been posted and what i have, i think these are the only ones i have that i havent seen yet

do you know for certain that the account was banned and not deleted? if it was a ban then hopefully there's a chance they'll come back, cause LEE was honestly so fucking good. had me interested in characters i never even knew or cared about
genuinely dont know which of his posts could have gotten him blasted. im honestly just glad he didnt decide to randomly delete his account and completely disappear as i know that's a thing some asian artists do, especially in the koi card making sphere
I think the opposite, usually when a pixiv artist quit, they just make their work private, the accounts is still there. So they can always return any time they want, but when an account is deleted, it usually means that Pixiv deleted it because of a broken rule like a copyright infringement.
Notable that when a user leaves and deactivates their account, their page says "This user has left Pixiv".

gofile.io Thats so incredibly scummy.... Hate it when authors of cards or SD private them just because somebody asked, even if it is a commission. If its meant to be private, dont upload it to where EVERYONE can see it, want it, and be dissappointed because he was told not to.
